    Containing 40 million specimens, UF’s natural history museum is the largest in the Southeast.


    UF’s artistic venues house a permanent collection of more than 8,000 original works.


    UF is home to two television stations and four radio stations.

    The Samuel P. Harn Museum of Art

    Featuring a permanent collection of more than 8,000 original works, the Samuel P. Harn Museum of Art houses a variety of paintings, sculptures, prints, ceramics, photographs and cultural objects. The museum also features a variety of changing exhibitions and a full range of educational programs.

    The University Auditorium

    Home to a concert stage and seating for 867, the University Auditorium has a variety of musical concerts, special lectures, convocations, and less technically demanding dance concerts and pageants. It’s also one of several university buildings included in the National Register of Historic Places.

    ACCENT Speaker's Bureau is the largest, student-run, speaker's bureau in the nation. Created in 1967, ACCENT is celebrating 48 continuous years of bringing prominent, controversial, and influential speakers to the University of Florida. ACCENT strives to bring world class programming to educate, enlighten, engage, and entertain the student body.

    Gator Growl is a flagship event of the University of Florida and a tradition that has continued to be prominent for more than 90 years. This tradition marks the culmination of Homecoming Week and brings musical acts, comedic performances, and a variety of student talent.

    GatorNights, the University of Florida’s Friday late night program, takes place every Friday night during the semester from 8 p.m. until 1:00 a.m. Students enjoy free first run movies, bands, cultural events, dances, DJ’s, arts and crafts as well as a free midnight meal.     The Reitz Union Board (RUB) Entertainment is the University of Florida’s student-run programming board offering free events, almost daily. Programs include movies, concerts, comedians, speaker series, art events and more. Student members of RUB Entertainment gain experience in leadership, event planning, budgeting and marketing.

    Student Government Productions strives to bring a well-balanced variety of entertainment to the University of Florida. Since its establishment in 1969, SGP has brought a variety of musical acts including Bob Dylan, Drake, Ludacris, and Rascal Flatts.

    The Curtis M. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts

    The Phillips Center hosts UF Department of Theatre and Dance productions, local ballet performances, and a large variety of Broadway plays, operas and ballets.

    The H.P. Constans Theatre is home to a 420-seat proscenium theatre and State Two, a black box theatre with approximately 40 seats.
